Stuffed Baguettes with Chicken and Cheese

Instructions:

For the stuffed baguettes, first preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

For the sauce, melt the butter. Mix the parsley, parmesan, garlic cloves (pressed) and butter together well. If the sauce is not yet liquid enough, add a little more butter.

Salt the chicken breasts a little on both sides. Dredge in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts until crispy. Once they are done, remove from the pan, drain briefly on paper towels and let cool slightly.

Then wrap the chicken breasts in Gouda cheese.

Cut the baguette into 4 pieces and remove the inside. Top the baguettes with the wrapped chicken breast, drizzle with the herb butter sauce and top with the 2nd side of the baguette.

Wrap the baguettes with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees in the oven (preheated).

Then remove the baguettes, remove the aluminum foil and serve as desired.
