Instructions:

For filled bread slices, stir milk, eggs, flour and salt into a pancake dough. Cut the bread into not too thick slices.

Dip the bread slices briefly in milk, spread with jam, put 2 slices together and dip in the pancake batter.

Bake in heated oil on both sides until golden brown and serve warm.
