Rinse celery tubers well and remove peel. Boil salted water and simmer celery in it for 20 minutes at low heat. Remove from water, drain and cool. Remove the peel from the onion and cut into cubes. Fry the bacon in a saucepan until crispy.

Add onion and fry briefly.

Add minced meat and roast for 5 minutes while stirring.

Hollow out the celery, dice the insides of two of the tubers and add to the mince with breadcrumbs and tomato ketchup.

Fill the tubers with the meat. Put them into a greased gratin dish and put the lid on the heated stove. Cook at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
