Instructions:

Cut cucumbers in half, scoop out a hollow with a soup spoon, mix ingredients for the filling properly and fill cucumber halves. In a frying pan, caramelize sugar in hot oil and deglaze briefly with tap water (danger of splashing!). Place the filled cucumber halves in this stock and sprinkle with grated pancetta and feta cheese (diced), bake in the oven at 180° Celsius for about 40 to 50 minutes and place on the table in its own juice, sprinkle with parsley, dill or chives.

Suitable dishes include fried potatoes or long-grain rice.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
