Mash the Gorgonzola cheese and mix with the curd cheese.
If necessary, season with a little pepper and salt.
Rinse the pears, remove the skin, cut them in half and remove the core with a spoon. Immediately drizzle inside and out with juice from one lemon and turn the outsides over to the other side in the chopped walnut kernels until they are properly coated. Using a piping bag, pipe the cheese cream into the pear halves and top with the walnut halves as ditto the cherries.
