For the stuffed peppers, wash the peppers and cut off one cap. Remove the seeds and skin. Brush the peppers with olive oil and sear on all sides on a hot grill.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, put the cream cheese in a bowl. Mix with the egg, chopped herbs and grated mountain cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the peppers from the grill and carefully fill them with the cream cheese mixture. Place on the grill again and grill the stuffed peppers for 15-20 minutes on all sides.
