For Stuffed Peppers with Spelt, soak spelt in 200 ml of soup for half an hour. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Sauté leek onion rings in hot fat for about 3 min, season. Add feta cheese cubes, spelt and chive rolls and season to taste. Fill in the halved, hollowed out peppers. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place stuffed bell pepper halves in an ovenproof dish, pour in the remaining soup and steam the Stuffed Peppers with Spelt in the oven (second rack from the bottom) for about 40 minutes.
