Instructions:

Store mince so cold that it is almost frozen. Quickly process all the chilled ingredients in a food processor until smooth, pass through a sieve if necessary and season with salt and pepper. Add diced mushrooms, diced zucchini or pumpkin and herbs to taste. Chill the farce. Clean the squash blossoms, if necessary wash the blossoms and carefully remove the pistil with scissors. Stir the prepared farce again well and fill it into a piping bag. Fill the blossoms three quarters full with it and twist a little. Pour some water or soup into an ovenproof dish, put in pumpkin blossoms and cook covered with aluminum foil in the oven at about 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
