Instructions:

Hard-boil three eggs, rinse and remove the shell.

Blanch the vegetables in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then strain (if possible, rinse in iced water, then they will keep their beautiful color).

Remove the skin from the onion, drain the olives, then finely dice both.

Cut a lid from the white bread and hollow it out.

Soak 1/3 of the bread crumbs in water, squeeze and mix with the vegetables, diced onion, minced meat, raw eggs and olives. Season well with mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Fill half of the quantity in the bread, put the boiled eggs on top and cover with the remaining minced meat mixture.

Put the bread lid on again.

Bake in the oven heated to 175 °C (gas mark 2) for about 60 min.

Cut the bread into slices with a very sharp kitchen knife (serrated) and serve with spicy sauces.

We have prepared a pepper ketchup sauce.

Tastes good hot and cooled on the spot!

Tip: Be careful not to crumble this very decorative bread when cutting it. Use a very sharp kitchen knife!
