Coarsely chop the grams, chop the onion and garlic into small cubes. Mix lard with a whisk or hand mixer until creamy. Add the grams, onion, garlic and parsley and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and ground (or coarsely chopped) caraway seeds and mix again.
