Instructions:

First, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bacon into cubes.

Melt butter in a pan, sweat onion and garlic in it, add the diced bacon.

Add diced celery, dried mushrooms soaked overnight, basil and some rosemary, after another 5 minutes, stir in the mince.

Add the chopped tomatoes, deglaze with red wine and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Cook the sauce on low heat, stirring occasionally, until thick, at least half an hour.

Then use as desired.
