A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Grease a round springforma us and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Let the butter melt and cool. Beat eggs with sugar in a baking bowl for a few minutes. Add cardamom, baking powder, flour, milk and melted butter. Fill the dough into the cake tin and sprinkle with sugar and almond kernels.
Bake at 175 °C for about 1 hour in the middle of the stove.
