For the sweet potato wedges, wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thumb-thick wedges and place in a bowl, add oil and spices and mix well.
It is best to let it sit for a few minutes and stir it again and again. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, spread the wedges on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
