Instructions:

For the sweet spinach pie with shot preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Either line a baking tray with baking paper or grease it.

For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and water until foamy. Put about 5 tablespoons of this mixture into a bowl and mix with the spinach. Then fold the spinach mixture into the other foam mixture.

Slowly fold in the flour and baking powder as well. Spread the batter on the baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Drizzle the cooled cake with cognac. Whip 1 cup of whipped cream until stiff and mix with the Qimiq. Then pour this cream on the spinach cake with shot.

Heat 1 cup of whipped cream and melt the chocolate in it. Allow the chocolate icing to cool slightly and spread over the cream.
