A cake recipe for all foodies:

Beat vanilla pulp, butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg with the whisk of a hand mixer until creamy. Add egg whites and fold in. Mix the nuts and flour together and stir into the fat mixture in batches.

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a heated oven (electric oven 175 °C – gas mark 2) for 12-14 min. Cool on a cooling rack.

Heat the jam in a small saucepan and put 2 Boegli together with it. Dust with powdered sugar and dry.
