For the zucchini sauce, wash the zucchini, cut in half crosswise and cut into thin strips (best with the help of a slicer or a large paring knife) .

Heat olive oil with fresh, crushed garlic in a pan and add the zucchini strips. Season with salt and pepper. Let the zucchini soften, turning them over and over.

Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle al dente according to instructions.

Once the zucchini are soft and basically ready to serve, add the whipped cream and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat until done.

Toss the finished tagliatelle briefly in the zucchini sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal! 🙂
