Instructions:

For the tarragon olives, mix the olives with chopped garlic, oil and tarragon and leave to infuse for a day with the lid closed.

Preheat oven to 250° Celsius (convection oven 200° Celsius, gas mark 5). Bake bread slices for five minutes until brown and crisp.

Remove, brush with seasoned olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Serve hot with the tarragon olives.
