For the tea fruit punch, first thinly peel the citrus fruits so that the white inner skin does not go down with them. Squeeze the fruit.

Add the fruit tea to the peels and pour the boiling water over them. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, strain and chill.

Now peel the fruit, remove the stalk or core, dice the fruit and mix immediately in the punch bowl with the freshly squeezed citrus juice so that the apples and pears do not turn brown.

Cut the grapes in half and add them as well.

Pour the chilled tea over everything and stir well.

Finally, add the iced mineral water to the tea fruit punch so that it tingles a bit.
