Instructions:

Blanch the tea with boiling hot water and steep for 5 minutes with the lid closed. When the tea has cooled, add the grain, lemon peel, cinnamon sticks, star anise (spiralized from the lemon) and sugar.

Bottle the now finished liqueur and bring to the table cooled.
