For Teriyaki Chicken Wings, first stir through all the sauce ingredients. Now marinate the wings in it for at least 5 hours (mild flavor) or one night (stronger flavor).

The next day, drain the chicken wings. Spread them out on the grill rack or a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.

Cook the Teriyaki Chicken Wings at 175-190 °C in the oven or on the not too hot broiler on the grill for a good half hour.
