Instructions:

For the Terzer char, first prepare the stuffing.

For the filling, cook potatoes in their skins, peel, mash while still hot and mix with finely chopped herbs. Seasoning.

Salt and pepper the inside of the cleaned chars and fill them with the herb-peanut mixture.

For the vegetables, chop onion, cut carrot, celery and fennel into medium strips, chop garlic and sauté everything in THEA, salt, pepper.

Line baking sheet with baking parchment paper and place some of the vegetable mixture in the center, place the stuffed char on top.

Drizzle fish with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Fold the baking parchment over the fish and fold the ends twice so that no juice can escape.

Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Only at the table cut open the baking parchment and remove the char. Serve the char with the vegetables.
