For the Dreispitzweckerl, prepare a smooth yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter and water. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Add the linseed and knead into the dough. then form into a roll and flatten this roll on 3 sides so that a triangular shape emerges.
Now divide this triangular shape into 6 equal parts and possibly reshape a little more, so that triangular rolls are formed. Place the triangular rolls on a prepared baking sheet, cover with a cloth and let them rest for another 20 minutes.
Brush the Dreispitzweckerl with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
