For the tiramisu, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy and then fold in the mascarpone. In the meantime, let the coffee cool and then mix together the amaretto (amount to taste).

Prepare a mold and dip the biscuits in the amaretto-coffee mixture. Then layer them in the mold alternately with the cream.

You can sift cinnamon or cocoa powder between each layer. The last layer is the cream and is finished with cocoa powder sifted over it.

Then refrigerate the mold for a few hours and serve.
