For the tiramisu, mix the eggs and sugar and then gently stir in the mascarpone. Let the coffee cool and meanwhile put the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Dip the biscuits in the cooled coffee for about 7-12 seconds so that they can suck in the coffee, but not too much. Then alternate layer by layer of biscuits and the mascarpone cream in a mold and place in the refrigerator for another 60 minutes.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on the top and then arrange and enjoy.
