Instructions:

For the tiramisu with curd, beat the sugar with the eggs and salt in a bowl. Stir in the flour. Pour into a pan lined with butter and flour and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool.

Mix coffee and brandy.

Beat whipped cream until stiff, add curd cheese and powdered sugar.

Whip the curd and mascarpone with the brandy, add the whipped cream.

Cut sponge cake crosswise in the middle and drizzle the lower part with the brandy mixture. Place the 2nd half back on top and drizzle with the remaining coffee. Spread the cake with the cream all around.

Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
