Whisk all ingredients, except chives, in a hand mixer to a fine cream. Fold in the finely chopped chives and spread the cream on the pre-baked pizza base (it also makes a good spread on bread) and bake at 200 °C for 10-15 minutes. The mixture is enough for a 28 cm ø pan.
Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
