Place tofu between two boards, weigh down and press for about 30 min. Next, mash with a fork.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic, fry in a frying pan in 1 tablespoon of oil until golden and mix with flour, tofu, spices and the soy sauce. The mixture should be firm. Add a little flour if needed.
Form 10 balls from the tofu mixture and roll them in rice flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs one by one.
Heat the oil in a wok (test with a stick) and fry the croquettes until crispy brown all over, drain on kitchen roll.
