For the Tomato-Melanzani-Avocado-Burger, first wash the melanzani and cut lengthwise into 3-4 mm thick slices, then lightly salt and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and keep warm.

Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half.

Peel the avocado and cut into 4 mm thick slices with the tomatoes, then lightly salt.

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove, then mix with soy yogurt, vegan mayonnaise, TABASCO® Green Sauce and salt until smooth.

Lightly pan fry the bottom halves of the burgers, cut side down, then place 1-2 spoonfuls of garlic sauce on each bun.

Top the bottom halves first with lettuce, then with avocado and tomato slices, lastly place the melanzani on top and cover with the top half of the bun. Fix tomato-melanzani-avocado burger with wooden skewers if necessary.
