Instructions:

Finely chop the onions and saute in the oil. Separate the garlic from the peel and press it into the oil. Add tomatoes and tomato pulp with juice. Add oregano, basil and thyme, season with salt, pepper and bay leaf spice. Bring to a boil, then simmer at a moderate temperature in an open saucepan for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the bay leaf seasoning and season the sauce.

For one tray or two pizzas of 260 mm size or for about 20 mini pizzas as a “base” for the topping.

Our tip: Use fresh thyme for an aromatic flavor note!
