For the Tomato Tuna Penne with Parmesan, cook the pasta and grate the Parmesan.

Peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Drain and add the tuna, dice the tomatoes and add them as well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and marjoram and simmer.
