Instructions:

Cook the dough a few hours before (or even the night before) and put to cool.

Peel the garlic clove and make it in bubbling water for a quarter of an hour. Drain and soak in cold water.

Mash the cooked garlic cloves, then add the cheese, the previously chopped bacon, the spices, the saffron, the eggs and the washed raisins. Smooth the mixture well.

Roll out the dough and spread a cake pan. Pour in the topping and cover with a second sheet of dough, closing the edges well. Bake in a hot oven (200 °C ) for 3/4 to 1 hour.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky touch!
