Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Peel onions, dice finely. Roast potatoes in hot oil for 10 minutes until crispy, season with salt and pepper. Fry onions briefly.

Stir in dill, salt, eggs and pepper. Line a rectangular ovenproof dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with parchment paper. Mix the potatoes with the egg mixture and pour into the dish. 3.

Cook in the heated oven at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 25-half hours. Remove, cool, cut into cubes about 2, 5 cm.

Cut salmon into strips. Rinse cucumber, cut into thin slices. Top cubes with a dollop of crème fraîche, cucumber slices and salmon strips.
