For the tortillas “Chili Cheese” first heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the mince in it for 10 minutes until crumbly.

Add the jalapeño slices and ½ jar of Hot Cheese Dip, season with salt and pepper. If you like it spicier, season the mince additionally with fresh, chopped chilies. “Very hot” people can also round off the dish with liquid chili seasoning.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.

Place the tortillas in a baking dish. Spread the minced meat on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 6-8 minutes.

Arrange the “Chili Cheese” tortillas on four plates, garnish with the remaining Hot Cheese Dip and serve.
