For the tortillas with chicken, cut the fillets into small pieces, season and fry in oil. Fry the pan-fried vegetables as well.
Make a sauce with sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Wash and chop tomatoes, peppers and lettuce. Warm the tortillas according to the package.
Each person gets a tortilla on plate and tops with vegetables, chicken, lettuce and sauce of choice.
Fold in tortillas with chicken and best of all enjoy a Mexican beer with it.
