For the tortillas with radicchio and bacon, first heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy.

Wash and clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings.

Halve the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

Cut the radicchio in half and remove the stalk. Peel off the leaves, wash, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine radicchio with tortillas and divide among four plates.

Mix sour cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice to make dressing.

Arrange mozzarella, bacon and green onions on the salad and serve tortillas with radicchio and bacon drizzled with dressing.
