Instructions:

First, cut the tomato and the cucumber into 5 slices not too thick (max. 1 cm). Cut half of the onion into rings and put a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of cooking oil on the stove (1/2 flame on the electric stove). When the oil is hot, add three eggs to the frying pan, season them with pepper, salt and paprika of your choice and fry them on both sides until the yolks are very hard. In the meantime, toast a slice of toast or bread and spread it with a little butter. Put a slice of Gouda cheese on it, followed by slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and onion rings. On the top spread mayonnaise of your choice, put half of the tuna can on top and finally put the fried eggs on top of everything.
