Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Remove the peel from the earth apples and cut them into small cubes (no more than 1/2cm). Peel the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the seeds and cut them into corners. Remove the skin from the onion, halve it and cut it into 1-2cm cubes. Remove the skin from the garlic clove and cut into slices.

Rinse the lime, rub it heartily dry with a dishcloth and cut it into coarse cubes. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, chop and mix with savory and all other vegetable ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and new seasoning and brown it in the oil all around so that the pores close and it stays juicier while braising.

Place the turkey breast on a lightly buttered aluminum foil, spread the vegetables evenly over it, place the kitchen herbs, parsley and ginger slices on top, cover with butter flakes, fold the foil tightly over it and put it into the preheated oven at 150 °C for about half an hour.

Slice the turkey breast and serve with the vegetables. A light and delicately spicy dish, which can of course be accompanied by a fresh, youthful white wine. Notes
