For the turkey cutlets with porcini mushrooms, first fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until they are more browned on one side.

Remove from the pan and fry the onion in a little oil and a little butter, adding the garlic only when the onion is already golden. Then deglaze with white wine, add the mushrooms, pour Cremefine and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the meat again, salt, pepper and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. After serving, sprinkle the turkey with porcini mushrooms with parsley.

You can of course use other mushrooms, but if possible porcini mushrooms – fresh, frozen or dried – should be present for the good mushroom taste.
