Turkey Cutlets Wrapped in Pastry

Preheat electric stove to 200 °C.

Cut meat into fine strips. Peel onions, dice finely. Clean mushrooms, rinse when cool, dry. Cut into slices, sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Brown meat in hot butter (1), season with salt and pepper, remove. Sauté onions in butter (2), remove. Then roast mushrooms in butter (3) in portions, season with salt. Mix with onions and meat and fill into a greased baking dish.

Stir whipping cream with flour until smooth and bring to the boil once briefly. Season to taste with mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper and pour over the meat.

Roll out baguette dough to size of gratin dish and place over meat. Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Serving: Mixed leaf salad, e.g. Vogerlsalat with Paradeiser.
