For turkey, house style, salt and pepper the turkey and brown well on both sides in a pan with oil. Place the cutlets on a baking tray and place 1 slice of ham and cheese on each.
Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for approx. 15 min. Add some water and Cremefine to the roast residue.
Add 1 tsp soup seasoning and finely chopped herbs and pour over the cutlets before serving.
