For the Turkish pizza with kebab, put the flour in a bowl with dry yeast, a little salt, yogurt, 3-4 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Knead the dough well for about 5-8 minutes until it is smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Mix the lamb with the onion, harissa paste, paprika powder, chopped parsley, bell pepper strips, mushrooms, salt, bell pepper and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on an oiled work surface. Then place the pizza base on a baking sheet.

Spread the lamb mixture on the pizza base. Then place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Then place the pizza on a very large plate. Top with strips of iceberg lettuce and feta cheese.

Finally, spread some garlic cream on top.
