For Tyrolean Gröstl, first slice peeled potatoes, finely slice beef and sausage. Finely chop the onion. Heat butter or lard in a pan and lightly fry the onions. Add beef and sausage leaves and fry quickly. Season with salt and pepper.

In another pan, fry the potato slices in hot fat until they are nice and crispy. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and mix with the meat. Season the Tiroler Gröstl again and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
