For the tzatziki, stretch a kitchen towel over a large bowl and pour in the cream yogurt. Drain the yogurt well. Wash and coarsely grate the cucumber.

Sprinkle the cucumber rasps with plenty of salt and let them stand to draw water. Skin the garlic cloves and crush them very finely. Season the drained yogurt with salt, pepper and the garlic.

Squeeze the cucumber flakes and fold them into the yogurt.
