Instructions:

First separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the yolks, sugar, lemon juice and yogurt until foamy. Add the flour, oil and baking powder and fold in the beaten egg whites.

Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 1 hour.

Cut out unicorns from part of the fondant and decorate them as desired with food coloring.

Place the remaining fondant over the cake and decorate the cake as desired with the cut-out unicorns.
