For the vanilla pretzels, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and egg into a shortcrust pastry. Let the dough rest in a cool place for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough evenly and cut out pretzels with a pretzel cutter. Bake at 180 degrees until light.

Mix powdered sugar with vanilla sugar and roll the vanilla pretzels in it.
