Instructions:

For the custard, mix 25 ml of milk with the custard powder. Boil remaining milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Stir in pudding powder mixture, boil once, remove from heat, add eggnog.

Divide among 4 dessert bowls, let cool. Peel mango, cut flesh from pit, dice and blend with a hand blender until it is a puree.

Spread mango puree on top of puddings.
