Instructions:

For the vanilla sauce, scrape out vanilla pulp. Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff. Mix honey, yolks, cornflour, vanilla pulp and half a cup of milk.

Heat the remaining milk and just before it boils, stir in the yolk mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Let the custard cool slightly and carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
