For the vegan hazelnut muffins, preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix sugar, oil and soy milk.

Sift flour and baking powder and mix in batches. Stir in salt and hazelnuts. Grease and flour the muffin tin, pour in the batter and bake the vegan hazelnut muffins for 20 minutes.
