For the mushroom sauce, chop mushrooms and onions and sprinkle with salt in a bowl. Then cut the carrots and peppers into small pieces as well. Add the carrots to the mushrooms.

Sauté the vegetables, except for the peppers, in a preheated pan with a little oil. Then remove the vegetables from the pan. Heat margarine in the pan, when melted add the wheat flour.

Stir until all the flour is combined. If the flour is too lumpy add some more margarine, if the bound flour wein too liquid add some more flour.

Then empty the Oat Cuisine into the pan, stir and also add the vegetables. Stir a little more and then serve.
