Instructions:

Boil potatoes and let cool. Then peel and cut into thin slices. Brush a baking dish with oil.

Layer 1/4 of the potato slices like a roof tile, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1/4 of the tofu strips, do next layer and 2 more layers the same way. Finally, mix Soy Cuisine with water and pour over the top.

Put the potato casserole into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat.
